Cabin Policy
- Each cabin has a different minimum night stay, consecutive nights – for single night stays, please reserve one of our Bunkhouse rooms.
- Rates subject to 8.375% sales tax and 4% lodging tax (total 12.375%)
- A deposit of one-third the total is required within 14 days of making a reservation.
- Reservations made less than 72 hours before occupancy require 100% upfront payment, all of our cabins have a two night minimum.
- If cancellation notice is given thirty days prior to your scheduled arrival or if another reservation can be taken to replace your reservation, your deposit will be refunded minus a $35 service charge.
- We will send you confirmation of your reservation on receipt of your deposit.
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover Cards, paypal, checks, and of course cash!
Outfitting Policy
- Outfitting Deposit: A deposit of one-third the total is required within 14 days of making a reservation.
- One-time fee per pet $20 in our bunkhouse, please keep your pets under control at all times, and let us know if you need help watching your pet while enjoying the area.
- Early Returns: We charge for the NEXT DAY; any refund of equipment costs for subsequent days is on a case by case basis. Total food costs cannot be refunded on any early return.
- Food is not taxed, equipment rental is subject to 8.375% sales tax.
- Bunkhouses / lodging has 4% tax added for a total of 12.375%.
- The balance of your account is due on your arrival.
- Free parking for canoe rental is one vehicle per canoe rented; trailers are also $5/day. Bunkhouse only rentals also get free parking for up to two vehicles, and only for the night of their bunkhouse stay. Additional vehicles can park for $5 / day.
- If you cancel your reservation we will refund your deposit [minus a $35 service fee] if we are notified thirty days in advance.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed in the cabins and bunkhouse. $30 per pet/night or $175 per pet/week, please keep your pets under control at all times, and let us know if you need help watching your pet while enjoying the area. Bunkhouse, $20 per pet/night.
- Please keep your pets under control at all times.
- Please pick up pet waste. There’s a garbage can for this purpose between the main dock and outfitting.
- Let us know if you need help watching your pet while enjoying the area. Do not lock your pet into the cabin while exploring without letting us know.
