Canoecopia 2019 Madison Wisconsin

We had a great show in Madison this last weekend March 8-10, 2019. Thousands of people attended CanoeCopia hosted by Rutabaga, with various canoe vendors and presentations throughout the weekend. We want to thank EVERYONE who stopped by our booth and chatted about the Gunflint Trail and Rockwood Lodge with us. Vinny, the bear, made the trip with us and got into the maple syrup display next to us (Sorry, B & E Trees). My college friend and best man Tom Rebernak showed up with Nikki and Sarah, boosting our ability to talk with guests; Sarah handed out hundreds of stickers! They are awesome friends and I really appreciate their help. A shoutout goes to Laura, Joe, Richard and Mary for swinging through and keeping us laughing. Also a big thank you to Mike Bartz for standing with us all weekend, sharing his expertise and quick wit, it really helped to have a person who has such a connection to the Gunflint Trail share the Rockwood story.
